The good news: I feel like this was a great exercise and I look forward to doing more practice portraits in the future.

Acrylic and a bit of photoshop tweaking.
I really like the dry brush technique in the hair. There is a good variety of strokes. The right arm is the only thing that bothers me; it looks detached. but that is an easy fix. overall nice one!
